I didn’t know Easter was my favorite holiday till I knew Easter was my favorite holiday. As much as I love the pastels, the easter eggs and the baskets, I love the relevance of the season even more. As I worshipped tonight at my church (Hillsong NYC whaduup), my heart was bursting thinking about how something so great taken from us only to give us something even greater; redemption. It’s almost impossible to imagine where I would be without Jesus’ sacrifice and this is probably why I love the season so much – because it is so pivotal.
Anywhoo, these 2 wallpapers were inspired by the worship songs sung during the Good Friday service. I thought of them while my hands were up (you know, the praise stance) and I literally had to pause, take my phone out and make a note so I would remember LOL. So I did remember, and these are the results!
